Overview
Earth Squared operates across both retail and trade channels, with more complex ordering, fulfilment and reporting needs than a standard ecommerce setup. Our partnership supported their move from Magento 1 to Magento 2, while also improving the way the platform handled B2C and B2B trading.
The project was not just a platform upgrade. It created a stronger Magento setup that was easier to manage, better connected, and better equipped to support the business long term.
The Starting Point
Earth Squared needed Magento to support more than a standard retail checkout journey. Alongside B2C orders, the platform also had to handle trade customers, more flexible ordering processes and clearer fulfilment communication.

Building a Bespoke Order Management System
