With backgrounds in fashion and architecture, sisters Victoria and Emily Ceraudo founded Ceraudo, a London-based interior brand offering a mix of antique and contemporary furniture and accessories.
Ceraudo already had a Magento website which they wanted us to rebrand, modify certain pages and add additional functionality to help them build on an impressive history.
It was important to understand their new brand image allowing us to ensure the website reflects its new brand and doesn’t contain any of their old branding which may confuse their customers. This included font, colour and logo changes.
We also had to clearly understand the requirements of the project which included a number of user flows to ensure we covered every aspect of the functionality.
Certain products had the option to be customised, as a part of their new collection. We developed the ability for users to choose their own fabric, trim and upholstery. Not only was it important to have a clear design for users to make their choices, but it was also important for Ceraudo to easily upload these types of products in the backend.
We, therefore, created an Attribute Set just for the new range making it easier for Ceraudo to upload customisable options.
Other improvements we made to the website included:
- Trade Account: Ability for approved accounts to get an additional discount
- Digital Gift Cards: Configuring correctly the gift card extension
- Free Samples: Added a page to allow customers to order free samples
- Press Coverage: Added a press section to showcase Ceraudo being covered by Vogue, The Telegraph and The Times.
